Avto Union JSC is a joint-stock company established on 25 January 2005. Avto Union JSC has a subscribed and paid-up capital of 40 million BGN.. The company has a one-tier form of management – a Board of Directors consisting of three members.

Avto Union JSC is managed by a Board of Directors as follow:

  • Nikolay Hristov Kinevsky – Executive Member of the Board of Directors
  • Petya Georgieva Nikolova – Chairman of the Board of Directors
  • Vasil Kolev Todorov – Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors

Nikolay Hristov Kinevsky is the legal representative of the company. Petya Georgieva Nikolova is the proxy of the Board of Directors of Avto Union JSC.
